Welcome back!! In this blog, I would like to discuss with you the importance of industry placement and how we should prepare our self to explore this great experience. To begin with considering this opportunity as a platform to get to know the fitness industry, workplace environment and different types of clients whom we will be encountering as fitness instructors rather than just thinking it of as something to accomplish our placement hours.
Improving our knowledge by learning theoretically is less effective when compared to implementing it on a practical basis, so I believe this is the chance for us to actively involve in the exercise programs and develop our skills from the trainers who will be shadowing and guiding us from their vast experiences in this industry. Now let's focus on how we can fit into this, as being a student, it is very difficult for us to manage our academic performances, job requirements and placement responsibilities.
I believe prioritizing our goals and time management plays a major role. Before beginning, we need to look into our college and job schedule and provide the work centers with our available days and time. Try to complete the assignments in advance rather than waiting till its submission date, this will build your confidence and we will be able to concentrate and focus more on the goals to be achieved during our placements. Stamp your first impression to be the best one by being punctual, regular, adaptive, energetic, involving and always being ready to learn things.
Set ultimate goals and be determined to achieve these goals from our placements. Hope you find my blog helpful to step into this promising fitness industry. I am also glad to inform that I got my placement at Allandale Recreation center and can't wait to share all my experiences. Let's relish our placement opportunities.

I loved your ideas about time management and I would definitely love to implement those for myself too. One thing I learnt after reading your blog is that the setting of goal is very important as goals guide us to decide what we want. Only after setting the goal one can know about the path on which they need to work. Goals even motivate us to keep working on what we want without giving up. Also, congratulations for getting internship at such a great centre. I wish you all the best for the great internship ahead.
